Young Writers’ Class 2026

  1. Eligibility
    Participants must be between the ages of 7 and 12 years. Parents or guardians must register their children for the class.
  2. Class Schedule
    Classes will be held on elected Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance.
  3. Registration Fee
    The registration fee is the cost of the class chosen. This is required to secure a spot in the class.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a makeup class will be scheduled. No refunds will be issued for missed classes.
  5. Code of Conduct
    Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow classmates. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class.
  6. Parental Involvement
    Parents are encouraged to engage with their children’s writing progress, ask questions and/or contact the Training Organizer for help with matters arising from the classes.
  7. Materials
    All necessary materials will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own notebooks and writing tools.
  8. Photography and Video
    Photos and videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. Parents must consent to this during registration.
  9. Health and Safety
    Parents must inform the instructor of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect their child during class.
  10. Liability Waiver
    By enrolling, parents agree to release the instructor and the venue from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during class.
  11. Feedback and Communication
    Regular feedback will be provided to parents regarding their child’s progress. Open communication is encouraged for any concerns.
  12. Termination of Enrollment
    The instructor reserves the right to terminate enrollment if a child consistently disrupts the class or does not adhere to the code of conduct.
