This initiative focuses on enhancing writing skills that allow children to articulate their thoughts and feelings effectively, fostering creativity and critical thinking. It is an annual event that brings together creativity from children in different schools, backgrounds and locations.
The aim of the competition is to nurture creativity at an early stage by providing a platform where the writing skill is recognized and rewarded. Children are encouraged to write short stories and submit them through their respective schools. The shortlisted entries will thereafter be handed in to carefully chosen judges who will evaluate them using specific criteria and come up with the best three winners for the annual award.
Celebrating the Gift of Writing
Our first Annual Creative Writing Competition was fairly successful. 9 schools participated. 27 essays were submitted. 4 judges gave their professional evaluation.

CONGRATULATIONS to all the learners who participated in the competition. They were bold enough to try!
A HUGE ‘thank you’ to all those who prepared, helped and guided the young writers—teachers, librarians, guardians and parents alike. They did a wonderful job.
